Customizing a laser using a real shell casing caliber 7.62.

Personalização de um laser usando uma cápsula calibre 7.62 real.)

Step 1: Materials (Materiais)

1. Shell casing caliber 7.62 (Cápsula calibre 7.62)

2. Laser

3. Pen piece (Pedaço de caneta)

4. Batteries (Baterias)

5. Wire (Fio)

Step 2: Cleaning, Polishing (Limpar, Polir)

You can wipe with a cotton swab on the inside, and use a micro rectifies for polishing or sandpaper to the outside.

(Você pode limpar com um cotonete na parte interna, e usar uma micro retifica pra polir ou uma lixa para a parte externa.)

Step 3: Laser Preparation (Preparação Do Laser)

Measure the laser circuit, and cut a piece of the pen body to make a stand. Solder a wire in the positive or in the laser housing leaving exposed to contact with the shell. Isolate the rest of the circuit.

(Meça o circuito do laser, e corte um pedaço do corpo da caneta para fazer um suporte. Solde um fio no positivo ou na carcaça do laser deixando exposto para contato com a cápsula. Isole o resto do circuito.)

Step 4: Cutting and Drilling (Cortar E Furar)

Cut the capsule near the bottom. Measure the laser assembly and drill a hole for the button.

(Corte a capsula próximo ao fundo. Meça o conjunto do laser e faça um furo para o botão.)

Position the button before inserting the laser assembly!

(Posicione o botão antes de inserir o conjunto do laser!)

Step 5: Cover and Batteries (Tampa E Baterias)

(Make a lateral cut in the plastic support that comes with laser for accommodation of the batteries and use super glue for fixing it to the capsule bottom, forming a cover. Place a piece of wire on the bottom and wrap it in plastic, contacting direct to the capsule, closing the circuit and keeping the closed set pressure)

(Faça um corte lateral no suporte plástico que acompanha o laser para acomodação das baterias e use super cola para fixa-lo ao fundo da capsula, formando uma tampa. Coloque um pedaço de fio no fundo e enrole-o no plástico, para fazer contato direto com a capsula, fechando o circuito, e mantendo o conjunto fechado por pressão)
