A Banana Cream Pie

This banana cream pie is incredibly easy to make. Let's make it!

Step 1: Ingredients and Equipment

What we need to make a banana cream pie (Ingredients):

For dough:

- 2 tablespoons of flour

- 3 eggs

-1.5 - 2 tablespoons of sugar

- 3 bananas

- a half of tablespoon of any peeled nuts

- 1 teaspoon of vanillin

- 1 teaspoon of baking soda

- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon- 10 tablespoons of vegetable oil

For cream:

- 1.5 tablespoons of cream

- 1.5 tablespoons of cottage cheese

- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar

For decoration:

- 1 bar of chocolate (100 grams)

- 1 banana

- 1 kiwi

- mint

Equipment:

- Medium bowl

- Cutting board

- Knife

- Measuring cups

- Rimmed baking sheet

- Parchment paper

- Whisk

- Blender

- Icing syringe

Step 2: Making Dough [Bananas]

1) Peel 3 bananas

2) Arrange peeled bananas on rimmed baking sheet

3) Preheat the oven to 180°C

4) Bake bananas for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven

5) Mash baked bananas

Step 3: Making Dough [Crushing Nuts]

- Crush the nuts by blender or by a knife

Step 4: Making Dough [Mixing]

1) Whisk flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, vanillin, mashed bananas, crushed nuts, eggs and butter together

2) Knead the dough

3) Put the dough on parchment paper or aluminium foil

4) Bake the dough for 50 minutes

5) Then cut the biscuit along to get 2 or 4 layers

Step 5: Making Cream

1) Stir grated cottage cheese, cream and icing sugar by using an electric mixer

2) Spread the cream on layers and save 1/4 part for decoration

3) Put the layers on top of each other

Step 6: Making Decorations

1) Melt a bar of chocolate by using water bath

2) Pour the melted chocolate in our pie

3) Pour the saved cream in an icing syringe

4) Make 'roses' by using an icing syringe

5) Chop fruit

6) Put fruit and mint on our pie

Step 7: The Pie Is Ready!
