Introduction: A Loyal Four-Legged Friend

About: This is the first website that i have ever been interested in interacting in. That says something about me....dont you think?

Find a loyal four-legged friend, preferably your own. I prefer my 68lb. chocolate labrador retriever. She provides much love and warmth. If one does not have a dog, don't fret, there are many dogs in shelters that would love to provide comfort, companionship and Warmth to you.

Step 1: Get a Comfy Blanket

Place blanket over dog. I prefer my hooded duck blanket. Then have dog lay down and let her relax.

Step 2: Going Green-Save Energy

Multifunctional... My dog is enjoying the scent of my blanket. I am benefiting from the warmth being exerted from her body onto the blanket. I do not have to use my dryer, so I save energy and money, thus helping the planet.

Step 3: Enjoy Quality Time

Take this time to rub your dog. Friction of hands on blanket creates warmth for you and makes your dog feel loved. Enjoy eachothers company.

Step 4: Remove Blanket

Your blanket should have much warmth to it now. Wrap it around yourself and thank your dog for all her help. She may be suprised that your taking her blanket away...so be prepared.

Step 5: Give Your Dog Another Blanket to Cuddle With

So that your dog does not feel used, be sure to have another blanket on hand. I give her a hooded lion blanket. She feels braves and looks extra cute. When my duck blanket cools down or I am feeling quite chilly, we swap blankets and repeat steps 1 thru 5.
Remember there are many dogs at your local animal sheltars that need a loving home. Much service can be rendered to you, a lonely dog and the community if you follow these steps. Plus, its good for the earth because you aren't using electricity and the dollars saved can be placed in your pockets to pad them and keep you warm there too.
