AVENGER PENDRIVE DESKTOP HOLDER

Hi friends.

This instructable for solving my LOST PENDRIVE issue .I always forgot when i was put my Pendrive and it take lot of time to find in my Home and at Office.

So , after all i made this Pendrive holder to collect all Pendrive at one place.(To save my TIME).

If you don't have LASER CUTTING MACHINE access , Please use card board or corrugated box and mark as per Pendrive size and cut with cardboard cutter .

Also take training class if you want to work with LASER CUTTER first time.

width=12.1 mm (Without kerfing)

height =4.5 mm(Without kerfing)

Use Autocad for design own pendrive holder and export as .dxf file.

Let's make it.

Supplies

1. MDF /CARDBOARD SHEET (~2.5 mm)

2.Adhesive

3.Collect all Pendrive from Home

4.Laptop (If you make your custom design.)

Step 1: LASER CUT ALL THE PARTS

Here i attach file for laser cutting .i am using RD WORKS software for laser cutting.

Also attach .dxf file , it will work in all LASER CUTTING software.

This will not take time greater than 30 minutes(means you have 30 minutes for assemble it).

Step 2: Assemble Parts

Use scrap USB cable for hole alignments when we use adhesive.

I use Hexagone supports for tilting the holder you use s per your need.(Also try with another shape and angles)

stick all small Squre parts at behind the big board see all Squre matching it position and check with USB cable.

Step 3: USE IT.

Collect all pendrive and hang them all into holer and place holder at your desktop .

next time you never forgot your pendrives .
