Aam Panna (Raw Mango Drink)

Aam panna is a popular drink in south-east asia renowned for its heat-resistant properties. It is made from green mangoes and is light green in color, and is consumed as a tasty and healthy beverage to fight against the intense summer heat.

Step 1: Ingredients

You need the following ingredients-
1. 2 Raw Mangoes
2. 3/4 Cup Sugar
3. 1/2 tsp Black Salt
4. 1/2 tsp Salt
5. 3 tbsp Mint Leaves
6. 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
7. 2 Cups Crushed Ice
8. 2 Cups Water

Step 2: Preparing the Mangoes

Boil the Raw Mangoes in a pressure cooker with water. DO NOT CUT, CHOP OR SLICE the mangoes. Just squeeze all the pulp out of them.

Step 3: Blend the Ingredients

Add Mint Leaves, Sugar, Black Salt, Salt and Cumin Seed Powder and blend well. Then add the Ice and blend again.

Step 4: Strain the Juice

Take a fine Strainer and strain the juice as you don't want your juice pulpy.

Step 5: Serve Cold!

Your juice is ready! Serve chilled and refresh yourself. And please vote if you like he drink.
