I was out in Philadelphia one evening with some friends when we stumbled upon the greatest concoction ever, alcoholic milkshakes.  I fell in love.  So I decided to try them out myself!

This milkshake involves:
  • A butterfinger candy bar
  • Vanilla ice cream (approximately 3 cups, but feel free to be generous)
  • Peanut Butter (2 to 4 Tbsp, depending on your preference)
  • Vodka (1 to 2 ounces)
Place all of the ingredients into a blender (or an immersion blender container) and mix thoroughly.  I suggest breaking up the candy bar before adding it.  In addition, measure the vodka before you pour it in.  I was accidentally a bit generous and this came out very strong (which was not as enjoyable as one might think).

Then pour into a (clean) container, throw some whipped cream on top, perhaps a little leftover butterfinger for garnish, and enjoy!
