Introduction: Alinco DR135T MKIII 2 Meter Ham Rig in Jeep

This video is an unboxing as well as a home-built dash mount for the 2 meter rig.  The mounting portion is towards the end of the video but offers a very easy mounting solution.

Basically the "mount" consists of only a 5"x5" metal backing plate that came off of a flat panel computer monitor.  Two toggle bolts were used to attach it to the defrost vent in the Jeep.  This whole connection went together very fast and it is super strong.
