It's a very easy project which can be made under 10 min

Step 1: Materials

A floating thing
Tape
Battery
Wires
Propeller

Step 2:

Stick the motor on top of the floating thing

Step 3:

Connect the battery to the motor using the wires
And then connect the propeller to the motor
