Perfect for summer and only takes less than 12 minutes to prepare!
Step 1: Ingredients and Method
1 head white cabbage
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup mayo
salt and pepper to taste
Finely slice/shred cabbage, soak in water for a minute, drain and place in a bowl
Finely slice/shred washed apples (with its skin), and mix with 2 tbsp of the lemon juice to prepare discoloring.
Finely slice/shred scraped and washed carrots, add into the bowl
Add in soaked apples into the bowl and toss all well, adding the last lemon juice, mayo, salt and pepper.
Great to eat as is or to accompany other dishes esp. grilled steak. Yummo!
