For this instructable I will show you how to make apple pork chops.

Step 1: Ingredients
You will need:
1 lb boneless pork chops
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
Step 2: In a Bowl..
Mix the flour and all of the seasonings (everything but the onions, apples, juice, oil and brown sugar)
Step 3: Coat the Chops
Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with 1 tbsp of the seasoning.
Step 4: Fry the Chops
Brown both sides of the pork chops in the oil set on med-high heat.
Step 5: Onions & Apples
Dice the onion and cut the apples into small slices while the pork chops are frying.
Step 6: Remove the Chops.
Remove the pork chops from the pan, place on a plate and set to the side.
Step 7: Sauté the Onions
Cook the onions for about 5 minutes.
Step 8: Apples
Add the apples to the pan and cook for about two minutes.
Step 9: Now Add the Rest of the Stuff
Now add the brown sugar, apple juice and the remaining flour mixture that you still have to the pan.
Step 10: Pork Chop Take 2
After everything is mixed well, add the pork chops back to the pan and coat with some of the apple/onion mixture. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes.
