Apple Sour Cream Cake With Cinnamon Recipe

250g flour

250g butter

225g sugar

4 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

5 apples

500ml cream

250ml sour cream

2 pack vanilla sugar

2 spoons cinnamon

6 spoons sugar

Step 1: Preparation

Peel the apples and cut them in slices. Put the butter in a bowl and add the sugar. Mix everything together add the eggs one at a time and stir. Mix the baking powder and flour together and add it spoon by spoon. Spread it on baking paper on an baking tray. Now place the apple slices on top and put it in the oven at 175 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Topping

Beat the cream & add vanilla sugar. Put it in a bowl with the sour cream and mix it by hand.

Step 3: Finish

Let the cake cool down and spread the cream over it. Scatter cinnamon and sugar over it.Now grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
