Introduction: Apple Strudel Muffin
Step 1: Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cups butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups apples
Step 2: Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the butter.
In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sugar, and eggs.
Then add the vanilla extract.
Peel and slice the apples.
Add the apples to the butter mixture
Step 3: Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Step 4: Cooking Instructions
Line a pan with cupcake baking cups.
Put the batter into the baking cups.
Put the muffins into the oven for 20 minutes.
