Introduction: Arabian Delight Basbusa (semolina Cake)

Tasty, spongy and wet cake) easy and quick to cook.

Step 1: Ingredients

What you need:
For cake:
- 2 cups of semolina
- 6 eggs
- 0,5 cup of sunflower refinated oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- vanillin
- 1 tbsp of baking powder

For syrup:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of sugar

Walnuts for decoration

Step 2: Mixing

Put all cake ingredients in the big bowl and mix it well.

Step 3: Baking

Put the cake mixture in the baking form and bake for 30 min (180 degrees Celsius)

Step 4: While the Cake Is Baking

Roast the walnuts and chop it.

Make the syrup:
Boil 2 cups of water and add a cup of sugar, stir the mixture until sugar dissolves.

Step 5: Cutting the Cake

You need to cut the cake into the pieces and then pour the syrup on to the cake.

Step 6: Last Steps

Pour the syrup on the cake. It will be spongy and wet)))

Than sprinkle the cake with chopped walnuts.
