I want to share with you this easy and delicious recipe. You can have it like a breakfast or snack. It's very healthy and it will give you energy you need.
Step 1: Ingredients!
You will need:
- 400 ml of milk (almond milk for vegans)
- one ripe banana
- 2/5 tablespoons of chia seeds
- one tablespoon of honey
- whit of cinnamon
- vanilla for a taste
Step 2: Blend It!
First you need to blend milk with banana and honey. Then add vanilla and cinnamon and shake it. Shake it and keep it sexy!
Step 3: Stir It Up!
Stir it well with chia seeds and let it soak the milk for at least two hours. Garnish it with fresh fruit and your snack is READY!
