BBQ Side Dish and Fruit Salad

This recipe is divided into two parts-
First, we going to make a sauce.
And second, we will mix up the sauce with chopped veggies and nuts. Also fruits.

Supplies:

Ingredients+supplies

  • Pomegranate, Apple, Papaya, Coconut, Raw mango
  • Corns
  • Lemons
  • Peanuts
  • Tomatoes, Onions
  • Cumin Powder, Salt, Chillies
  • Jaggery or sugar
  • Coriander and Mint leaves

Bowl/Plate
Stapula or Spoon

Step 1: Making Sauce

Make a paste of 1½ cup of mint leaves and 1 raw mango. Add ½ tsp of cumin powder, a pinch of salt, 2 chilies, 1 tsp of lemon juice. Mix/grind it well.

Step 2: Chopping Veggies, Nuts and Fruits

Add 1 cup of sweet corn in a bowl. Chop tomatoes, coconut(optional), peanuts, onions, chilies and add them too with the corn chips. Now add papaya, pomegranate. Mix it in the bowl.

Add salt and olive oil as per required. Garnish coriander on top of it.

Step 3: Delicious Salad Is Ready!

Enjoy your dish by serving the sauce on top of the salad.
