Introduction: BITTER GOURD CHIPS

I have a own vegetable garden at my home. https://www.instructables.com/id/SACKS-HOME-GARDEN/. In that tomotto, brinjal, ladies finger, green chili, mint....etc like vegetables are produced by own and use that for my home daily needs.
-> Apart from this, using 'MACHAN AGRICULTURE' around my home Gourds,broad beans, bottle giurd, pumpkin, bitter gourd, snake gourd vegetable produced by me and also use them to my daily home needs.
-> And also produce some type of Spinach at my own.
-> I don't have artificial fertilizer to this vegetable garden.
-> Feed only organic fertilizer ( vermi compost and PUNCHAKAVIYA ) And food wasteges during home cooking.
--- due to this, I get fresh and organic vegetables daily.
I'm going to share a food item made from this fresh and organic vegetables.
This food item is made from bitter gourds, that are most healthier to our body.
MOST OF US DO NOT LIKE IT BECAUSE OF THE MORE BITTERNESS ON IT.
So everyone likes while doing the following food stuff.
ESPECIALLY KIDS LIKE MORE THIS FOOD STUFF.
The process of the food stuff also too easy.

Step 1: COMBING

First you have to combing in to small pieces of the selected bitter gourds in their Dia wise area, here need not measurement.

Step 2: BOILING

Then add small amount of water and little salt with that sliced bitter gourds, bill then to 15 mins, do to this we can get softer chips.

Step 3: ADD SPICES

Then add following ingredients in that boiled bitter gourds with don't need to add water,
I'm refer here ingredients to 1/2 kg of bitter gourds,
>> RAW red chilli powder,
>> Ginger and garlic (6 piece) paste,
>> Corn flour
>> Salt (IF)
Mix all the ingredients with boiled bitter gourds and allow all the ingredients are separately fix with each of the boiled bitter gourds.
Leave this spices applied bitter gourds 30 mins in room condition, do this all the ingredients are deeply get inside in the boiled bitter gourds.

Step 4: FRY IN OIL

After 30 mins deep fry these bitter gourds in oil and make chips.

Step 5: SERVE

After deep fry, serve with hot.
This food recipe will crunchy and spicy and yummy.
