This step-by-step guide to a backyard bootcamp workout will help you get in shape in the comfort of your own lawn! All you need to do this workout is a few basic household things and a little motivation. Remember, no pain no gain!

Step 1: Supplies

All you will need to do this workout is a yoga mat or beach towel, tennis shoes, and a jump rope.

Step 2: Warmup

Tie up your sneakers and roll out your yoga mat to start the workout ! Begin with basic stretches starting from your neck and going all the ya to your feet. Here is a simple warmup :
Neck rolls
Shoulder rolls
Arm circles
Cross Arm Stretch
Torso twist
Trunk Rolls
Toe touch
Butterfly stretch
Ankle rolls

Step 3: Jog and Jump

Jog a few laps around your yard. Then do 50 Jumping Jacks, making sure to touch your hands together at the top of the jump.

Step 4: Circuit

You will be doing 5 exercises, then breaking, then repeating the cycle 3-5 times based on your endurance and how much you want to get out of the workout!

1. Jump Rope for one minute
2. 50 Sit-ups
3. 35 Burpees
4. Mountain Climers for one minute
5. 40 push ups

Rest for 2 minutes. Stretch and drink water. Then repeat the cycle 3 or 4 more times.

Step 5: Cool Down

After repeating the circuit a few times, stretch from feet to neck, reversing the order of the stretching from the 2nd slide.

Step 6: Good Job

You have finished the workout! Drink water and rest. You can do this everyday, but make sure to consult a doctor before starting any kind of exercise, especially if you are pregnant, elderly, disabled, or have recently undergone surgery.
