Step 1: Materials Needed

1. Two apples, one for smaller portion (I am using two)
2. Microwave
3. Cutting board
4. Microwave safe plate
5. Sugar
6. Cinnamon
7. Knife
8. Apple seed remover (Optional)

Step 2: Cutting

Make sure you do this on the cutting board.

If you have an apple seed remover: Stick it down the middle of the apple and remove the core.

Cut the apple in two halves.

Cut the two halves into quarters.

Repeat for second apple.

If you don't have an apple seed remover cut the apple in quarters.

For each quarter make a diagonal cut to the middle from both sides to remove the seeds.

Repeat for second apple.

Step 3: Sprinkling

Place the apples slices on the microwave safe plate.

Sprinkle sugar on each apple slice.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

You should add a bit more cinnamon than sugar.

Step 4: Microwave

Put the plate in the microwave.

Set the microwave for 90 seconds on high or 100%.

After it is done try to make a small mark on the apple with a fork.

If the apple is too hard set it for another thirty seconds.

Step 5: Eat

Enjoy!
