There's so many ways we can describe this amazing Baked French Toast recipe. But, will let you guys be the judge of that :)!!!

Step 1: Full Ingredients

  • 8 Bread Slices
  • 1/3 cup of Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tsps of Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsps of Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 2 tbsps of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of Ground Allspice
  • 1/4 cup of Flour
  • 1 stick of Cold Butter

Step 2: Video Demonstration

Step 3:

Start out by buttering a large enough pan with baking spray. Then take 8 slices of bread, and break them apart. [ set aside ]

Step 4:

In a separate bowl, whisk together 6 Eggs.

Step 5:

Now add a 1/2 cup of Milk, 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream, and 1/2 cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk. [ whisk ]

Step 6:

Once you're done, dump in 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar, and 1/3 cup of Light Brown Sugar. The amount of sugar provided works well to blend the amount of bread used, so its not super sweet or anything. [ whisk ]

Step 7: 2nd to the Last Step of the Filling

Add 2 tsps of Pure Vanilla Extract. [ whisk ]

Step 8: Preheat Oven to 365 Degrees

And finally, 2 tsps of Ground Cinnamon. [ whisk ]

Step 9:

Now pour the delicious bowl of awesomeness, over the bread! Please watch video above, for additional tips. [ set aside ]

Step 10: Topping

For the topping, take out another bowl and whisk together, 2 tbsps of Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 cup of Light Brown Sugar, 1/2 tsp of Ground Allspice, and finally a 1/4 cup of Flour.

When you're done, add 1 stick of Cold Butter, however, make sure to watch video on how to press it. You can use a fork if you don't have a pastry cutter, the point here is to get the topping to look all crumbly and stuff.

Step 11:

Now, add the topping over the bread and stick in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Remember that it should be set to 365 degrees. However, all stoves are different, as far as temperature, so make sure to start checking around the 45 minute mark.

Step 12: All Done :)

Well you made it this far, so that's a good thing. Thanks so much for letting us into your kitchen and do enjoy.

Yay! Let us know how it turned out, and remember the longer you cook it, the harder it becomes. Start watching it around the 45 mins mark, and make sure to stick a butter knife in the middle to ensure its all the way done. Have fun with it!
