First, you are going to start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, grab three bananas and, after peeling them, put them in a large mixing bowl and mash until smooth.
In this step you'll need two eggs, a half-teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of baking soda. Add these three ingredients into your bananas mash, and use an electric mixer at a low setting until thoroughly mixed.
You'll need two cups of flour, one cup of sugar, and half a cup of vegetable oil. Shift the dry ingredients together; then add to banana mash mixture with the vegetable oil. Use electric mixer on medium to low setting until no flour clumps are visible.
Line a muffin tin with baking cups and fill them half way with the batter. Bake for 20 minutes or until you can poke through the middle and come back with no batter. When done, take out the muffins and set them on a cooling rack for one to two minutes or until cool. And that's it, ready to serve!
