This recipe is for banana bread muffins.

Step 1: Recipe
3-4 Bananas mashed
1 c. sugar
½ c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mash bananas in a bowl.
Add sugar, eggs, and oil. Mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to the banana mixture, mix only until combined, do not overmix.
Pour into muffin soufflé cups 1/2 way.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until muffins are done.

Bananas are high in potassium, magnesium, and vitamin b6, and vitamin c. Flour is high in carbs, protein, and fiber. It also has iron , magnesium, and vitamin b6.
