Follow this simple 6-step process to make beautiful, delicious, and nutritious self-serving portions of banana bread. Feel free to add vanilla extract, cinnamon, or any other of your favorite flavors.
Step 1: The Fruit
Add 3-4 bananas into a large bowl.
Step 2: Additions
Mash bananas and add 1 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, and 2 eggs.
Step 3: Mix
Mix together the bananas, sugar, oil, and eggs.
Step 4: More Additions
Add 2 cups of sifted flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Then mix again.
Step 5: Fill and Bake
Line muffin pans with paper muffin cups and fill 1/2 - 3/4 full with batter. Then bake for 25-30 minutes at 375*.
