Introduction: Banana Breakfast Sushi
Simple and versitile!
just spread your favorite nut butter onto a banana, and roll in your favorite toppings! Cut it in half, the with the two halves side by side, like sushi, slice them up, and serve with chopsticks for fun!
In this picture, i have homemade peanut butter, and raw oats.
Nut butter suggestions:
peanut butter, pistacio butter, almond butter, pecan butter, walnut butter, cashew butter. think to add cinnamon, or honey, etc.
flax, oats, wheat germ, coconut shreds, cinnamon, get creative!
