Step 1: Preheating the Oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Gather Ingredients
You will first want to start off with 3-4 bananas in a bowl . In another bowl, put the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil. Finally, you will want to take a third bowl out for the dry ingredients, which are the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3: Mixing Your Ingredients
You will first want to start with mashing the bananas. You should use a fork or spoon to mash the bananas. Next, you have to sift the dry ingredients together. Finally, you should combine the bananas with the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, flour, salt and baking soda. Put this in the mixer at medium, but don't over-mix the batter. Mix it only until it is combined.
Step 4: Pouring the Batter in the Pan and Baking
After you have created your batter, you should fill the muffin pan to about half way in each cup. You are now ready to put the muffins in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 5: Enjoy You Product.
After baking for 25-30 minutes, you are finally able to enjoy your finished dessert.
