Ingredients:

  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Honey - 1-2 tsp
  • Banana - 1 pcs

In a jar, add all ingredients and blend to form a nice smoothie. Garnish with cashew nuts. .
