This instructable is enough for 1 serving only
Step 1: Rum Sauce
1/4 c palm coconut sugar
1 tbsp salted butter/margarine
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp Jamaican rum
freshly grated nutmeg
Add all into a heat proof cup and cook on high on microwave for 1 minute, stir
Step 2: The Dessert
Slice a medium ripe banana as shown then microwave uncovered, for a minute
Spoon half of sauce onto banana and microwave banana again for 50 seconds
Take out of microwave, pour left over sauce and sprinkle with unsweetened desiccated coconut and serve immediately
Enjoy :)

Do you have a substitute recommendation for Jamaican rum? I have never seen it before..

Any dark or navy rum will work.

I imagine that any coconut rum would work just fine.
