- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of berries (blueberry, strawberry, rasperry, pomegranate seeds etc)
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1/4 cup of crushed nuts (peacans, walnuts, or almonds)
- Optional for extra protein: 1 tbsp chia seeds or 2 tbsp flaxseed

Step 1: Prep Your Fruit!
Wash your berries and cut leaves off as applicable. Quarter your bigger berries so they are bitesize. Peel the banana and slice in half the long way, placing it in a to-go container.
Step 2: Build the Split!
In the to-go container, cover the banana in your favorite yogurt. (I like Siggis as it has less sugar and more protein than most). Top with your cut up fruit. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and other protein boosters like flax seed or chia seeds. Add the lid of the container and you'll be the envy of the office.
