Barbecue Bacon Explosion With Alm Cheese Recipe





1000g minced meat

250g alm cheese

200ml barbecue sauce

300g bacon stripes

salt, pepper & paprika

Step 1: Preparation

Start with a weave out of bacon stripes. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to the meat and mix it. Place it on baking paper and place alm cheese on it. Form a roll and close the ends. Place it on your bacon weave and wrap it. Close the ends again and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.

Step 2: Finish

After 1 hour remove the plate from the oven. Spread it with babecue sauce and put it back in the oven. After 15 minutes spread again barbecue sauce over it and put it back in the oven for 15 minutes to finish it. Grad a piece and enjoy it with some fries or else.
