Step 1: Cutting Your Meat Into Pieces
Cut your meat into thin pieces. The smaller you cut the meat, the faster it cooks.
Step 2: Prepping Your Skillet.
Put about a teaspoon of oil in your pan and move the oil around the whole pan. Make sure you cover the pan in the oil. Put your stove to medium heat (5-8).
Step 3: Chopping the Veggies.
Take your ginger and cut it into thin slices. Put your ginger and let it simmer in the pan while you cut your other veggies. Get your onion and cut it into strips. Mince your garlic til it is into very small pieces. Put your veggies to the side.
Step 4: Cooking the Meat.
Place your meat into the pan and let it sit until 2/4 cooked before putting your veggies.
Step 5: Putting in Your Veggies and Seasoning Your Meat.
Put your veggies in the pan on top of the meat. Stir the meat frequently. Add your seasoning into the meat. Let sit until cooked.
Step 6: ENJOY =)
Let the meat sit for a little bit to cool down. Eat the meat with rice or by itself.
