Beef Stuffed Tortilla Pizza Cake With Creme Fraiche Recipe



500g minced beef

200g cheese spread

150ml tomatoe sauce

150g creme fraiche

6 tortilla wraps

2 spring onions

salt, pepper, paprika & oregano


Step 1: The Filling

Fry the beef with a bit oil in a hot pan. Stir a few minutes and add salt, pepper, paprika & oregano. Fry it till the beef looks ready then add chopped spring onions. Stir a few minutes and add creme fraiche. Stir again a few minutes and give the tomatoe sauce to it. Mix everything and let it simmer 5 minutes.

Step 2: Finsh

Coat a tortilla wrap with cheese spread and place it in an oven spring form. Place a few spoons beef sauce. Make a few more layers like this and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. After about 20 minutes it is ready to grab a piece scatter a bit oregano on top and enjoy.
