Beef & Sucuk Stuffed Mini Paprika With Young Big Beans Recipe



1000g ground beef

500g mini paprika

400g yound bid beans

300ml cream

150g sucuk

3 teaspoons herbs

3 onions

salt, pepper, oregano & hot paprika

Step 1: Preparation

Scatter salt, pepper, oregano, herbs & paprika to the meat. Add sucuk & onion pieces and mit it. Remove the stalks and the seeds from the paprika and fill them with beef. From the rest of the beef form meatballs. Place everything on a plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.

Step 2: Finish

Scatter salt & pepper to the cream and stir it. After 15 minutes remove the plate from the oven and place young big beans on it. Pour the cream mix over it and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Look at my other work.
