Intro: Beehive

2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp milk powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1 egg + 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup warm water
Cream cheese
5 tsp honey

Step 1:

Add all dry ingredients together

Step 2:

Mix them well by mixer or by your hand

Step 3:

Add an oil and mix well

Step 4:

Add the warm water and mix well for 5 min

Step 5:

Put the dough in floury bowl

Step 6:

Cover the bowl by a plastic foil

Step 7:

Put the bowl in a warm place

Step 8:

Cut each cheese square to 4 pieces

Step 9:

After the dough double in size

Step 10:

Divid the dough to small circular pieces and put a square cheese on each circle

Step 11:

Close each circle to become a small ball

Step 12:

Put the balls in a pan

Step 13:

Put the balls next to each other without a space

Step 14:

Cover the balls by a plastic paper

Step 15:

Let the balls comes double in size without any space

Step 16:

Brush the balls with a Scrambled Eggs

Step 17:

Put the pan in a medium heat oven

Step 18:

Pour the honey on it immediately after take it out of the oven

Step 19:

Serve beehive warm

    I saw some people ask the times and figured I would make note for my sake and all of yours. (:
    the first dough rise - 30 minutes
    the second dough rise - 20 to 25 minutes
    and I baked it for about 30 minutes at 350℉
    Hope this helps you guys!
    And this recipe is delicious, definitely a keeper.
