Introduction: Belgium Waffles

This instruct able is going to show you how to make a Belgium waffle in 20 mins.

Step 1: Materials

2 cups of milk, 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 cup of sugar, 3-1/2, separated eggs, 1 cup of melted butter, auto mixer, waffle maker, Pam, and 1 bowl to mix with. This is enough for 10 waffles

Step 2: Step One:

In a bowl, combined Fluor, sugar and baking powder.

Step 3: Step 2:

In another bowl, lightly beat egg yolks.

Step 4: Step 3:

Add milk and butter. Mix well

Step 5: Step 4:

Then you stir the white eggs with auto mixer till stiff peaks form; fold into batter.

Step 6: Step 5

Pour the mix in the waffle maker and let it sit for 3:30 mins

Step 7: Last Step

Once the timer is done take it out and put your favorite toppings on it and enjoy

    this recipe seems pretty accurate to make "Brusselse wafels" (waffles from Brussels) although they are always made in a rectangular shape.

    Some classic Belgian toppings are : sugar, whipped cream, molten chocolate or/and strawberries.
