This recipe is simple and easy to make. The avocado makes it creamy and it is rich with flavors. You can add water, soy,almond or regular milk; I used water. You gotta try this recipe it is so tasty and fulfilling. Everything in this recipe is healthy and good for your body. For a thicker smoothie add less liquid; if too much liquid is added more avocado or oats. It can a meal for breakfast, snack, lunch, or dinner!
3 whole fresh strawberries
1/4 cup raw oats
1/4 cup raspberries
a slice of ginger
1 cup of water (estimated)
Gathered all of the ingredients and put into a blender
add your liquid
Blend for about 30 to 40 seconds
