Step 1: Ingredients
All you will need is:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 6 spoons butter withou salt, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 1 bar and a 1/2 semisweet chocolate in pieces
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Step 2: Put It All Together
First of all, get a nice bowl and put the first the sugars and the melted butter. Now, put the vanilla extract to it and mix it with a regular spoon. I do not like to use the fouet, because it gives me the impression that I will break it or something, I do not know why but it is okay, you can use it if it pleases you. The last picture isn't nice because I didn't leave the butter to melt "naturally". At least, 3 hours to melt.
Step 3: Add the Eggs and Mix It Again!
Beat the eggs and add it. I prefered too use the mixer, but you can mix it with a regular spoon or with the fouet as I said before.
Step 4: Slowly Add the Wheat Flour and Keep Mixing
Step 5: Add the Chocolate and Mix With Your Hands!
Step 6: First to the Oven, Later on Your Mouth!
Put on the preheated oven for 20 minutes on 482°F or 250 °C. Let it rest for 30 minutes because it is still pretty flacid. Now its done! The chocolate will melt inside the cookie, really really delicious :D
