Introduction: Best Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Here's my take on how to make the perfect grilled cheese sandwich. Something that can be pretty boring, that's transformed into somewhat of a nice meal. Here's the secret........more cheese! Before the actual grilling of the sandwich, I make sure to layer the out side in parmesan cheese so as to give added flavor and texture.

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
Ultimately you can pick what ever cheese you'd like for your grilled cheese, mine happens to be Swiss or gruyere.

Step 2: Apply Cheese!
You then assemble the sandwich. I apply butter to both the top and bottom of the outside of the sandwich. I then sprinkle parmesan on the side that I'm going to grill first. The butter will make the parmesan stick to your bread.
Step 3: Grill
I apply a little oil to prevent sticking. I wish I had the type you spray on cause it would be a little easier to evenly distribute. I put the pan on medium heat and wait for the oil and pan to warm up before putting the sandwich on. While the side with parmesan is grilling up I apply the bare side with parmesan cheese. Keep an eye on the bottom to make sure that it doesn't burn. When it's a golden brown flip it. a
Step 4: Finished! Enjoy!
The whole process takes no longer than 15 minutes. The soup heats up in like 2 minutes in the microwave. Now you have a quick and easy tasty meal.
If you have a grill press this whole process because even easier and quicker. Just remember to apply the cheese to both sides of the sandwich because there is no need to flip it.
