Best Mexican Chili

Hi. Today I will be showing you my award winning (No, Seriously) Chili con Carne. This has won chili Cook- Offs at multiple venues. Enough with the bragging, without further ado, let's make some Chili!

Step 1: Ingredients

This yields about 6-8 servings:

-1 pound of ground beef (Or turkey, which is leaner)

-2 cans fire roasted tomatoes

-2 1/2 cups Apple Juice

-1 jar Chile Verde

-1 cans Black Beans

-1 cans Kidney Beans

-2 cans Great Northern Beans

-1 Onion

-2 cans Shoepeg Corn

-1 can Green Chilis

-1 can Tomato Paste

-1 Bay Leaf

-1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

-2 Garlic Cloves

-2 Tablespoons Chili Powder

-1 Tablespoon Cumin

-Jalapeno Peppers (Optional)

-Fritos (Optional)

Step 2: Getting Started

First, brown the beef and drain it. Then wash the beans and drain those as well. Next, chop the onion into cubes and sauté it.

Step 3: Throw It in the CrockPot

Now you can just throw all the ingredients into the CrockPot and let it cook for about an hour or so. Enjoy!
