-15oz. can of pumpkin puree
-1 box of Spice cake mix (make sure box is a "SPICE mix")
Step 1: Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Make sure oven is in "BAKE" option, and not in Broil. Simply tip that many take for granted.
Step 2: Sieve Flour
Sieving the flour makes the flour easier to blend with the pumpkin puree.
Step 3: Pour Spice Cake Mix
Pour spice cake mix in in a medium size bowl.
Step 4: Add the Pumpkin Puree
Add the pumpkin puree and mixed them together until a evenly dough is form. You can use either a spoon or a mixer to combine the ingredients. (do not add chocolate chip yet, as it will prevent the puree and cake mix to mix properly.)
Step 5: Add Chocolate Chips
Stir in the amount of chocolate chips desired and mix until chips are evenly distributed in the dough.
Step 6: Dough Should Be Sticky and Firm
When Dough is sticky and firm, is ready to bake
Step 7: Grease Your Cookie Sheet
Grease your cookie sheet using butter or oil spray.
Step 8: Put Dough in Cookie Sheet
Using a tablespoon, scoop in a spoon of dough on your pre-grease cookie sheet. Remember to leave enough space between each other as they will expand (two inches of space approx.) For a more even shape you can use an ice cream scoop instead of the tablespoon.
Step 9: Place Cookie Sheet in Oven
Place cookie sheet in your preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 10: Take It Out of the Oven
Carefully take the cookie sheet out from the oven.
Step 11: Let Cookies Cool
Let the cookies cooled off for at least 5 minutes before eating.
