It's energetic,healthy and delicious recipe that i want to share with you.
Excellent for cold weather and easy to make .
Step 1: Collect All Ingredients.
You'll need :
×1 cup of lentils.
×1 cup of frozen peas.
×1/2 cup of burghul.
×1/2 cup of tomatoes puree.
×1/4 cup of cornoil.
×1 tbs of powdered coriander.
×1/2 tbs of powdered garlic.
×1/2 tbs of turmeric.
×1/2 tbs of sea salt.
Step 2: Heat the Oil.
In a large casserole put 1/4 cup of cornoil and heat it on a low flame for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add Tomatoes Puree and Seasoning .
Add tomatoes puree and seasoning then stir well and cook on low flame for 2 -4 minutes.
Step 4: Add Lentils.
Add lentils and mix well, let them absorb the flavour for 1-2 minutes .
Step 5: Cook Lentils.
Add 3 cups of water, and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 6: Check Cooking.
When lentils are 3/4 cooked ,add peas let cook for 1-2 minutes on low-medium flame.
Step 7: Cooking Peas.
Add 3 cups of water then bring to boil for 5 minutes .
Step 8: Cook the Burghul.
Add the burghul to the soup when it boil, let it cook for one minutes on high flame ,then simmer for 5 minutes on medium-low heat.
Step 9: Serve and Enjoy!
Serve hot! With crackers, toasted bread,or fried calamari maybe :) adding some drops of olive oil on top make it more tasty.
