Step 1: Prepare Your Materials

You will need:

eggs,
disposable syringe,
two bowls,
spoon,
non-stick cooking spray

Ready? GO

Step 2: Separate the Yolk and the White

Crack the egg and separate the white in a bowl.

Step 3: Remove the Yolk Membrane

Use a different bowl to save the yolk.

Carefully take the top of the yolk with your fingers.
Pinch the bottom and hold the membrane.
Discard the membrane.

Step 4: Cooking the Egg White

Cooking the egg white:

Here you can do with a pan, but I am using a microwave for simplicity.

Spray a flat plate with non-stick cooking oil
Pour the egg white
Microwave for 15 seconds in medium power and check
Repeat until egg white is solid (not runny)

Step 5: Thickening the Yolk

Microwave the yolk 5 seconds in medium power.
Stir with a spoon.
Repeat the microwave process until the yolk has thickened to a paste. (2-3 times)
Set aside.

Step 6: Prepare Your Syringe

Fill the syringe with the yolk.
If the yolk is runny, microwave 5 more seconds.
If the yolk is too solid, add a few drops of water and stir.
Discharge the syringe to homogenize the yolk.
Fill syringe again.

Step 7: Cut the Egg White

Use the cookie cutters or the knife to cut the egg white.
You can cut rounds, squares, triangles, stars, etc.
Use the yolk from the syringe to cover the center of each piece.

(The yolk can also be shaped round, square, etc.)

You're done. Mini fried eggs!

Enjoy hot or cold!!!

Thank you for watching.
