Step 1: Ingredients & Tools
1 pint blackberries 1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup heavy cream Popsicle molds Blender
Step 2: Mixing
In a blender drop in the berries, sugar, grapefruit juice, and cream. Close lid and purÃ©e.
Step 3: Pouring
Now you can pour the liquid into the Popsicle molds (or an ice cream maker, if you prefer) and put the sticks in.
Step 4: Freeze
Overnight. This is sherbet texture so it needs to freeze long or the sticks won't stay in. When ready, run hot water on the mold ends to help loosen. It is a refreshing taste, high in antioxidants and Vitamin C.
