Here is shown how to plug a blinker circuit quick and easy.

Step 1: Materiallist and Schematics

What you need:

Power Source (USB TTL Module 3,3V OUT)

Breadboard

Jumper Wire

Bridge or Cable

2 X Resistor 1K Ohm

Resistor 560 Ohm

Timer NE555P

LED

various Capacitors for Blinkfrequency:

16V-22Uf/33uF/47uF/100uF/120uF/220uF/330uF/470uF/
680uF/10 00uF/1200uF/2200uF/3300uF

Plug all together as shown in schematics and test it.
