Intro: Blueberry Betty
The Blueberry Betty is a delightful, easy, and healthy dessert which is great for any occasion. It is very simple to make for a large crowd. You can spice it up with ice cream and/or whipped cream.
Step 1: Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Organic Blueberries
- 1/2 cup of Quaker Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of Imperial Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Cinnamon
- Half a stick of Butter
- 1/2 All Purpose Flour
- Whip Cream
- Ice Cream
Take out 2 cups of fresh organic blueberries.
Measure out a 1/2 cup of oatmeal, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
Add one teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture.
Add a half stick of butter; soften butter and add everything to the softened butter.
Add half a cup of flour to the mixture.
Combine. Put blueberries on glass dish and sprinkle oatmeal mixture over it.
Sprinkle over blueberries and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
