Introduction: Blueberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Addictive White Chocolate Chip cookies that used dried blueberries instead of fresh ones

Blueberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe: 

  • 2 cups ¼ all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 sticks butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  • 2 medium eggs

Recipe Directions:  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Sift flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.  Use an electrical mixer ( I used hand) and beat butter and sugar on medium speed until fluffy.  Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat until blended. Slowly pour dry ingredients into mixture and beat until well mixed. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried blueberries.  Place parchment paper on baking sheet and scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly brown
