I dont know if this is the right place to give medical advice, but something helped me, for free and I'd like to share it with more people for FREE , NO MEMBERSHIP , NO PAYMENT , NO CREDIT CARD, NO EMAIL ID NOTHING.TOTALLY FREE AND THE ANSWERS ARE IN THIS PAGE AND THE NEXT FEW.

This helped me, and could help others too. Within the last 6 months I'v helped 31 people(only 2 family members) , Iv helped a guy who had a paralysis attack in his early years and he was playing cricket for 4 hours the next month , a 80 year old gentleman who was living with numerous back surgeries with no relief now feeling better, my accountant ,who had back and shoulder problems sitting on a chair all day long and they are all better now.
I am not a doctor by any chance but have tried a lot of medical and non medical systems and I give my history ,failures and successes both.
I mean back pains , neck pains , ankle ,knee ,hip pains , It helps in injuries too, but please consult a doctor for serious ones.
SUMMARY : I screwed up my back and neck, tried everything and failed, finally SUJOK (Acupressure) was the answer after years of pain.
DETAILED HISTORY : About myself ,being quite skinny ( 45kilos / 99lb) I went to the gym for about 3 years from 2000 till 2003. I did gain weight but in the process of building up (65kilo / 143lb I was happy) but I had totally damaged my neck,shoulders and lower back by lifting heavy weights to become bulkier fast .
I left it in 2003 because for the last 6 months I had been suffering from neck sprains(couldn't lift my head from my pillow) , could'nt stand straight ,neither could I accept a pat on the back , lift a piece of luggage ,everything was horrible.Being a teenager ,recovering in bed was the most awful thing to do.
TREATMENTS TRIED :
-I went for physiotherapy for 1 1/2 years almost everyday , getting IFT , Ultrasonic and a couple of more treatments , but every time I did something or the weather changed , I was back in bed , and was told this would be on similarly and more sessions needed.
-I did neck rotation and other exercises but still back to square one.
-Hot water packs, cold water packs , homemade pastes and old formulas tried and tested.Zero Result
-Then I Learnt Pranic Healing Level 1 , Reiki Level 1 and two , and got hypnotized too, still ZERO.
-Don't judge me but Pain makes you do anything ,
I even went to witchdoctors/quacks in the middle of the night , they said someone had thrashed me with whips on my back in my past life and for big money they could fix it with past life regression and stuff.One told me they saw an old person sitting on my shoulders(Like in that movie,forgot the name) .
In desperation and pain , I got it done , and back to square one.Somehow they said I dint do something right :)
- Got acupuncture done for about two months for half hour daily. Best guess why I dint get fixed was that I was a cash-cow,as later on I got fixed by the acupuncture's cousin , Sujok.
I guess you think by now that I'm stupid,but I did what I could have.
Had been living with these pains for years accepting it as a punishment to become a bigger someone I wasn't supposed to become.
Finally I met a person out of reference who lived nearby,He told me he was a retired bank manager(Age 76, but could run down up the stairs in a single breath), learnt this art by TV and books,showed me his books,described his methods and promised with complete confidence told me I could be fixed if he found problems were fixable after one inspection.No revisiting and paying anything.
FINALLY HE DID NOT WANT ANYTHING IN RETURN , FREE FREE FREE. So my fear of getting ripped off by a con artist was gone.
Just told me to go out after I was fixed and give something to charity,or the needy because you, me ,him all are healthy and kicking,with at least some money that we can afford to go online and read this article I'v written, some body doesn't have that privilege,so Help them in any form if possible.My Only request.
Finally :He did SUJOK and taught me too.

Step 1: VERY IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER AND HOW TO
THE BASIC THEORY/LOGIC : IN LAYMAN TERMS / MY TERMS
Look at your body from the front side and think of energy starting from your head going in a circular fashion to your shoulder then arm then hips then legs then again hips then arm then shoulder then back to the start point ,the head. Basically counter clockwise or clockwise.JUST LIKE THE VITRUVIAN MAN 'S CIRCLE / RING.
Some of the energy should be consumed for some activity or the other so suppose there is problem or a jam in the circulation . The rest of the body wont receive the required flow of energy and just a small amount of it.That's one problem , the other problem is in the Jam I mentioned earlier.
Massaging/ Rubbing those points eases up the flow of energy , and helps the body to fix up itself.
For further know-how , ask me or ask Google. I'm NOT a genius.Just want to help.
This is a huge field and there is color , seed , magnet , needle therapy involved too , in case you want to study deeper .
1. ALWAYS HAVE A GLASS OF WATER BEFORE AND AFTER THE PRESSING/MASSAGE/RUBBING SESSION OR TREATMENT.
2. You don't need to have a Jimmy or a specific tool in hand, a stick or rod would do.The best most easily available tool is your free hand or a SIX SIDED PENCIL ( NOT SHARPENED) as it doesn't slip and fall as much as the round ones.
3. DO NOT DO FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES AT ONE GO. AND NOT MORE THAT TWICE A DAY.
4. IF THE PAIN IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BODY THEN FIRST DO THE RIGHT HAND , AS THE DISTANCE TO PAIN IS CLOSER and then the other hand. DO BOTH HANDS , ITS A SUREFIRE WAY TO FIND THE PAIN.
5. If you find the pain ,DO NOT TRY TO RUB/PRESS/MASSAGE SO HARD TO FIX IT IN ONE SESSION OR YOU WOULD DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD.You collected pain over the years, it wont disappear over night, My neck ,shoulder & back pain were gone in a week.
6. If you don't find the pain immediately dont worry it will surface in a minute or two after rubbing.Iv found people who work with rougher lifestyles have harder hands / feet,it takes a little bit longer for them , but the pain does come forth, everyone's human :)
7. You don't need candles , ambiance etc for this to work , Just 5 dedicated minutes twice a day. EVEN AT WORK or in the park. :)
HOW TO :
1. Looking at the images in this article , find out the approximate pain area on the hands in the diagram.
2. Correspond the images them to your own hands .Example : neck pain, you know where its paining , you look at the image and find that the corrosponding points lie on the thumb(the side with the nail).
3. HAVE A GLASS OF WATER AND KEEP ANOTHER CLOSE BY.
4. Using your preferred tool , I'm hoping a six sided un-sharpened pencil , GENTLY roll the pencil over the identified area and nearby area on your hand.
Any hand would do as you are going to do the other one too.
You can also take the the end of the pencil and massage points GENTLY in a line /nearby and see if it hurts.
5. It might have a slight stinging sensation when you GENTLY roll (You are on the right track).
WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS A PAINFUL STINGING SENSATION THAT MAKES YOU STOP IMMEDIATELY OR SCREAM AT YOUR COMPANION IF THEY ARE DOING IT FOR YOU . IF IT HURTS MADLY EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE MASSAGING WITH THE SAME FORCE YOU HAVE HIT THE JACKPOT.
FOR SOME PEOPLE IT HURTS EVERYWHERE (ME) , after sometime , I repaired myself :)
6. The main sting / Stab is the blockage in your system. The nearby area's are bound to be affected by the Energy Traffic Jam.
Example Neck pain = Back of Thumb. possibly shoulders too , so the areas near the thumb are bound to be painful too,even to the same pressure
7. After 5 minutes,ENOUGH FOR ONE SESSION. DO IT ONCE IN THE MORNING AND ONCE IN THE EVENING.MORE THAN ENOUGH.
MOST OF THE PEOPLE I SAW HAD IMMEDIATE RELIEF IN ONE SESSION WITH RECURRING PAIN THE NEXT DAY.ITS LOGICAL TO THINK IF I HUNT THE PAIN, ITS BOUND TO RUN HERE AND THERE TILL I FINALLY NAIL IT.MY EXPERIENCE IS MAXIMUM ONE WEEK ONCE THE PAIN IS FOUND .

The reason for this upload was that I,in my teens suffered pains which most of my friends never had to (thankfully).
I had tried everything available and wasted time money and effort.
I found my answers on points on the same pair of hands and feet which I have been carrying around since my manufacture and I got really happy for the relief and angry that why wasnt I told this when I was having painkillers like toffees and missing out on fun.
