About: I'm Kozmic Blues! I'm always thinking and looking for new things to do. I also love Rock music and I usually mix both things to do my own accessories or clothes. I hope you'll enjoy my projects!

As I said on my other Halloween instructable, in my country we don't usually celebrate Halloween... but I do anyway! So a couple of years ago I made these candies. They're super easy to make. You certainly already have all the ingredients at home.

INGREDIENTS:

- Sugar

- Water

Supplies:

Step 1:

For every 25g of sugar you need a spoon of cold water.

Put both ingredients in a pot (for a better result use a non-stick pot) and let it boil. First it will become a syrup. Then it will slowly become darker and thicker. Don't stir it with a spoon: you should move the pot instead. When the candy becomes brown it's ready. DON'T let it get dark brown, because it will also become bitter.... and disgusting!

Now go get the mould ASAP because you must pour the candy quickly on it.

Step 2:

Throw the liquid candy on the mould. Wait some minutes and put the mold in the fridge a few hours until it's hard.

Step 3:

Once they are hard take them carefully out of the mould and eat them! Also, be careful with your tooth because they are quite hard... you'll probably want to lick them as lollypops to avoid breaking some teeth!

Happy Halloween!

Awesome! I can't wait to try this....though, I will have to find some moulds to use.

I'm thinking of adding other flavors to it...maraschino, for cherry flavor, perhaps?

Thanks! I love fall as well, but since I was a child I love all the stuff related about witches, bats, vampires, legends, etc. and Halloween was and it's fascinating for me. In my country we have other traditions that I also love; I celebrated both :p

Dawww they're so cute! I love that you celebrate halloween even though most of your country doesn't! Just makes it more epic! Also your candies sound delicious! Thanks for sharing!
