Bratwurst Carrots Goulash Recipe



600g Bratwurst sausages

400g carrots

250ml cream

100g tomato paste

3 onions

1 can chopped tomatoes

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 spoon paprika

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the bratwurst and the carrots in slices. Cut the onions in half moons. Fry the sausage and carrot slices with a bit oil in a large pot and add the onion half moon. Stir a few minutes and scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it. When the onions are golden add the tomato paste and stir a few minutes. Now add the chopped tomatos and the cream.

Step 2: Finish

Mix everything together and cover the pot with a lid. Let in simmer for 10 minutes. Now grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
