Introduction: Vegan Breakfast Biscuits

Makes 41 skewered coffee breads

Supplies:

1 tablespoons ground coffee
1/2 table spoons unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoons of Baking powder
2 spoon full of maple syrup
1/4 cup of sugar

Step 1: Making the Dough

First combine the chocolate and the coffee and mix,
Then add in the almond milk and stir
Next add in the flour,sugar, and baking powder and mix until you get a doughy consistency
Finally roll out onto a silicone baking mat that is on a tray

Step 2: Cooking

Heat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Stick the tray into the oven for 13 minutes and then pull out and let cool

Step 3: Finishing

Crackle the coffee bread and stick with tooth picks
Drizzle with maple syrup
Serve and enjoy!
