Introduction: Bullet Proof Coffee
This is a creamy delicious coffee that has health benefits
Have you ever been on a diet and felt hungry all the time?
This coffee will hold you over till the next meal and you won't feel like eating all the time.
Most people think that going on a diet is all greens no butter or fats, this is not entirely true. Veggies are good for you but you don't want to base your diet entirely on them.
A healthy amount of fat is better than no fat. Most people are watching how much fat they eat, that isn't what you should do, you want to watch how much carbs you have in a day. If you are trying to loose weight then it's best to limit the amount of carbs you have in a day to 15.
So don't go easy on the butter when frying up some vegetables. You will realize that 15 carbs a day is nothing, one teaspoon of coconut sugar is 4 carbs and it doesn't take much to add up 15.
Bananas and apples have the most carbs in fruit so it's best to stay away from those.

Without further ado here is the recipe for a bullet proof coffee
Step 1: Making the Coffee
a mug and put 1 tablespoon of butter (I use Irish) along with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and pour your hot coffee without any milk added. Once it's poured add 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar or 1/2 a teaspoon of regular sugar
Step 2: Blending
Next stir the coffee until the sugar dissolves. Next put the contents of the mug into a blender and blend for 5 seconds.
Next add 1/2 cup of half and half (milk) to the blender, then add ice till it just pokes out above the coffee. Add 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract and optional add 2 drops of pure peppermint extract
Step 3: Finishing Up
After you have everything in the blender, blend it for 20-30 seconds and serve in a mason jar with some nutmeg on top (optional)
