Butterfree Chocolate Chip Cookies



Butter Free CC cookies

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

3/4 oil (Coconut, Corn, or . . . Canola disguised as vegi)

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 salt

1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

2 handfuls chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375*f. Mix the sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla, then stir in the flour, baking soda, salt. The dough will be still. Then you can add in your nuts and/or chocolate chips. Add by spoonful onto pan, and bake for 8-10 min, cool slightly and remove from pan.
